Ordering & Scheduling:

How far in advance can I order?

We ask for a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 3 months in advance for your order to be placed.

Can I cancel my order?

We have a strict no cancellation policy that includes all orders. You are able to change who the gift is going to, the date, and what the note will say. We can also issue a gift card for the amount you have spent. 

Can I change the address its going to after my order was placed?

Yes! Please contact us. Any changes under 24 hours will result in a $5 fee.

Can I change the day I receive my arrangement?

Yes! Please contact us. Any changes for your delivery to be sooner than planned will result in a $10 rescheduling fee. 

Delivery & Pickup Information:

Can I ask for an estimated time that my order will be delivered?

All orders are delivered from 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-6pm on Sunday. We do not give out estimated times to each individual order. You are able to purchase a specific time for your order to be delivered to you for a $20 scheduling fee. Please contact us ASAP after placing your order to purchase a time slot.

How will I know when I receive my order?

Depending on the contact information you give us you should receive a text or email when it is marked as delivered. If you have given us an iCloud email we recommend checking your junk or spam as we have issues with this platform receiving our emails.

How do I know when I can pickup my order?

Your order will be ready at the pickup address at your chosen time during the pickup process. You should receive a confirmation text of your time about 12-24 hours before your pickup. You have a 15 minute grace period to pickup your order after the even time, after those 15 minutes you might need to reschedule your pickup and we are not held liable. 

Does someone have to be home to receive the arrangement?

We recommend someone is home to receive the arrangement. If no one is home we leave the flowers in the best possible spot by the front door. We keep a photo for 24 hours of where the flowers were left. We are NOT held liable for any theft or damage to the arrangement if no one is there to pickup. Flowers come in a moisture pack that helps them stay fresh out of water. We do not recommend leaving them out for more than an hour.

What if someone at the delivery location rejects the flowers?

Wether this was due to an individual accidentally rejecting a delivery or the buyer giving us the wrong address, a redelivery fee to the same location or a different address is a $10 fee!

Do you deliver to Jobs/ Businesses?

Yes! We love delivering to your loved ones jobs. Please give us the business address and business name. If the business opens after 8am please contact us or let us know in the delivery notes. If we are not told we may arrive before business hours and a $10 redelivery fee will be charged in order to redeliver this order during the business hours. 

Freshness & Guarantee

How long should my flower last?

With proper care and love your flowers should last up to a week. We are not held responsible if you did not follow the care instructions given. 

How long should my balloons last?

With proper care and love your AIR filled balloons should last up to a week. We are not held responsible for a balloon popping or deflating under your care as balloons are unpredictable and that is out of our control. We are not held responsible if you did not follow the care instructions given. 

We are also not held responsible for helium balloons deflating in your possession as different environments can cause this.
